THREE FENCES FROM HOME, CHELTENHAM Oil on board, 13 x 23 inches Cheltenham is a devilishly tricky track to get access to but this was at one of the quieter meetings at the beginning of the year so we were a little a bit lucky.  As the title suggests this is the third fence from home in a novice chase, with Cleeve Hill in the background.  I'd love to do more paintings of Cheltenham, particularly in good weather !
